Wow. The easiest way to describe this show is “compulsory overload”. I mean that in the best of ways- there are just so many phenomenal vehicles with staggering attention to detail that it makes it difficult to take it all in. This sold out event begins promptly at 7 AM for all preregistered cars and runs until 3 PM, attracting thousands of spectators and car enthusiasts. There’s truly not enough time in one day to appreciate the caliber of cars that attend this absolutely massive all Ford show.
Having a car parked with the other 1967-68 mustangs meant that it was a literal trek to visit a few buddies parked with the Broncos. It’s easy to get lost in the sea of mustangs, but don’t fret- there’s the automotive equivalent of the world’s largest seafood platter of Ford vehicles on display.
I’ve now been attending Fab Fords for several years and this year the event coordinators literally knocked it out of the park. Since its inception, the Fabulous Fords Forever show has taken place in the Knott’s Berry Farm parking lot. This year, the event took place in the Angels Stadium lot- an absolutely massive venue. It’s wonderful to see how the event has progressed each year in not only size, but also in the organization and attractions they offer.
The bar has been set incredibly high for next year, I’m genuinely curious as to where the show goes from here.
