Santa Paula Cruise Night 2019

It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since I last came to the Santa Paula Cruise Night. This was actually the first car show I ever attended when I moved down to Southern California- it’s only fitting that I come back! Last year I was here with a lime gold 1969 mustang convertible, one year later I’m attending the show in an obnoxious yellow 1968 mustang fastback. Time flies and a lot changes in just a year.

Each year beginning in April, the city of Santa Paula shuts down Main Street for an absolutely wonderful cruise night filled with pre 1975 built vehicles.

I’m frankly astonished at how many cars show up from what seems out of nowhere. There’s no sign up sheets, no entrance fees, and no drama- exactly how all car shows should be!

There was quite an eclectic mix of cars ranging from rat rods to vintage rides restored back to showroom original. As with most large shows, there were way too many rad rides to photograph, so I’ve picked a few that stood out to me. Enjoy!
